Definitely not true. We’re talkin’ “lady gardens” here.

NJ considers ban on bare-it-all ‘Brazilian’ wax
The state Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling is moving toward a ban on genital waxing altogether after two women reported being injured in their quest for a smooth bikini line.
Both women were hospitalized for infections following so-called “Brazilian” bikini waxes; one of the women has filed a lawsuit, according to Jeff Lamm, a spokesman for New Jersey’s Division of Consumer Affairs, which oversees the cosmetology board.
First, the obvious question: Did these two women both go to the same KwikiRip-Mart? Seems likely to me since in cases similar to this, there will usually be a rash of injuries/infections that will eventually lead back to one shop with health code violations up the ying-yang.
Second: From a practical standpoint, yes I can only imagine how a botched Brazilian bikini wax can go horrifically wrong she said as she crossed her legs tightly at the thought of such atrocities occurring in regards to her own “lady-bits”, and it is true that the details of the original law are a bit fuzzy to begin with, however, the Brazilian bikini wax was never specifically deemed illegal.
The ramifications of specifically banning such a practice could prove to be rather unpleasant. After all, the Brazilian is quite popular among those who seek them. And it should be noted that making such a service illegal wouldn’t actually stop the service from happening. Seems to me it will only force those who offer it further into the dark basements of spas, hair salons, and massage parlors…not to mention back alleys and back seats of cars (with tinted glass, of course) with no one but untrained crooks just waiting to rip them off. The lack of available technicians might even force some to do their own, using products like Nad’s? *shudder* The cost would be high, no doubt.
Let’s not forget about the merkin industry. If this goes through, no one will have any need for them! They’ll be the next in line for a bailout.
To all of this, I say BULL PUCKY! No one legislates away a woman’s right to choose! The ability of a woman to have control of her grooming choices is critical to her ability to wear hot pants and micro-mini bikinis! Take away her hair removal options and you are stepping onto a slippery slope my friend!

Oh what am I getting all worked up about…I don’t even live in New Jersey, lol! Though I am looking forward to it’s new state motto: ”New Jersey – The Overgrown Garden State”.
